I madethis for the first time today. I was expecting the jalapeños to be too powerful but the honey and lime help to subdue it a bit. Absolutely Delicious!
This was good, we really liked the sauce.
I just prepared this for my wife, who avoids all spicy foods. Of course I kept quiet about the ingredients of the sauce. The jalapeno added flavor, but little heat. Not hot, but very tasty. Simple to prepare. I steamed asparagus as the side. A filling and satisfying meal.
STUPID GOOD! Delicious! I made it with tilapia and changed nothing in the ingredients.
Really really good. I sear it after the steam
Delicious! Paired with long grain brown rice and a nice glass of red wine. Quick and gourmet.
My husband and I really enjoyed this. It was quick and easy, and it tastes delicious!
First time turned out good. Went to make it a second time and got burned food even though i put more water in it. The quick release valve wouldnt stop steaming so it never got to pressure before it burned
Hi Djej1201,
Sounds like your steam release was not properly on or needs to be removed for cleaning.
Please attempt the water test to ensure your unit is functioning correctly.
Second meal prepared. Was easy and delicious.
I loved this! I used cayenne instead of jalepeño and didnt have any parsley so left it out. I also spread some on the salmon while it was cooking in the IP. SO GOOD.
My second dish, so easy and super yummy!
The sauce was amazing and super easy for your first dish!!!
Is it recommended to use frozen or thawed salmon?
Overall, it was easy and delicious, but the jalapeno was a bit much. Next time I’ll try red pepper instead.
Salmon was perfectly cooked and sauce was delicious. I will make again and no fish smell in my oven.
This was my first meal and I was very impressed with how easy and delicious this was.
It took longer to make the sauce than cook the fish and no fish smell left lingering.
Excellent recipe! I got an instant pot as a Christmas gift, and this was the very first recipe I tried. The fish is so flavourful and the dressing is amazing! Thumbs up!
My wife made this recipe last night, and it was the best tasting fish I have ever eaten. Never really been a fan of fish, that I didn’t catch & grill myself, but have gotten used to Salmon during our 15+ year marriage.
I am actually looking forward to trying this recipe on other types of fish.
Thank you! You should try this silicone trivet with heat-resistant handles. it’s much better than the metal trivet that came with the instant pot. I got it on Amazon: https://amzn.to/35LvU9n
I thought i was really going to like this one, but it didnt have much lime flavor. Not really what I was looking for. Will not make again.
What a great recipe, thanks! For anyone who asked for Instant Pot accessories, check out this Amazon store – https://amzn.to/3rzTm7K
