Tasty, easy, and filling.
BEST. SOUP. EVER. Will make again!
This recipe doesnt mention cooking the chicken, so should you use the sauté method or pressure cook it?
I was so hopeful for this soup since im on the keto diet, it was sooo gross
Currently making this right now. I did everything as recipe said to and the zoodles arent tender after the 10 mins. Are they supposed to be tender like a spaghetti noodle or no?
Hi Tiffany,
The recipe states 10 mins or until tender.
The amount of tenderness would be based on your preference.
I left the zoodles in the pot on warming like the recipe suggests, and after more than half an hour they were still not tender. Aside from that, really good flavor!
Amazing!!
Too spicy. Cut cayenne to pinch max. Used half jalapenos, still too hot for my wife.
This is by far the best zoodle soup ive ever made! It is so delicious i make it once a week! For those saying that noodles stay hard, i saute mine in a pan for 4 minutes before adding them to the soup and they come out perfect!
I got an Instant Pot just a few weeks ago for Christmas and decided to try this recipe. It was very good, flavors were nice, and cooked it all within the pot. I sauteed the chicken in the pot first then removed and did sauteed the rest. Added everything back in and left it for the 20+10 minutes.
I chose not to use the jalapeno or or cayenne and it still turned out to my liking. I also used a low-sodium chicken broth which is my preference. All-in-all from start to finish it took just over an hour.
