Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup panko
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Garnish with fresh parsley

Instructions
- Season the breast fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 395ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
- Dredge the chicken breast with 1 cup of flour, then dip in 2 beaten eggs and dip in 1 cup of panko to coat.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, add the chicken breasts. Close tray and let cook.
- Once Turn Food appears on the display, turn the food and add ½ cup marinara sauce and ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
