I am new to an Instant pot. Still learning how to use it. After I try a recipe for the instant pot, my family votes on whether it is saving worthy to repeat. This recipe was a favorite of everyone! The hardest thing was cutting up the chicken.
I made the Chicken Marsala and it was great…I had to concoct a substitute for the Marsala wine…2/3 sweet red Vermouth, 1/3 brandy and it worked out fine….I served it with Penne pasta…
