Ingredients
- 1 apple compote
- 2 tbsp of mixed cereal: quinoa, millet and pop amaranth (you can use whatever you have)
- 1 tbsp chia
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp maple syrup honey or other sweetener to taste (can be omitted)

Instructions
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- With clean hands, form small balls and then crush them.
- Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 205°C . Press Start .
- Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket and spread the cookies on the rack without crowding. Close.
- When the time is up, remove the cookies from the tray and let cool.
- Enjoy the cookies are perfect for breakfast or snack.
- Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They last approximately 1 week.
