  • 1 apple compote
  • 2 tbsp of mixed cereal: quinoa, millet and pop amaranth (you can use whatever you have)
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup honey or other sweetener to taste (can be omitted)

Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  2. With clean hands, form small balls and then crush them.
  3. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 205°C . Press Start .
  4. Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket and spread the cookies on the rack without crowding. Close.
  5. When the time is up, remove the cookies from the tray and let cool.
  6. Enjoy the cookies are perfect for breakfast or snack.
  7. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They last approximately 1 week.
