More bread than anything else, but still tasty. Did not need that much salt.
Could you switch out the bread for potatoes?
Disappointed with the amount of “dried” vegetables. Doesn’t deserve the name Vegetable Strata…
This was an easy recipe to follow. The pyrex i used did not hold the quantity of bread so i adapted with less bread and egg. Flavour was great. Even threw in some salsa and breadcrumbs on top. I did have to put it back in for another 5 mins as the centre was not quite set so maybe add an extra five depending on your instant pot. I’m using a 6 qt Duo.
