Hello everyone. Thanks for this great recipe. I’ll try to cook it. I like to eat potato , but for everyday I prefer more simple dishes( like boiled potato). Great recipe, filling comfort food! Good recipe to use leftover ham and potatoes. This is a lot of chopping so next time I will use my food processor. Instead of sour cream, I used 2 ounces of cream cheese plus 1/2 C of milk.
Quite bland soup and found it had too much broth.
This recipe is soooo easy and soooo good. My whole family loved it. I made it twice in one week because I loved it so much. It is also gluten free depending on what type of ham you use which was great for my family. You can also make it vegetarian if you leave out the ham and is still just as good. I highly recommend this recipe.
It was a hit! This is the first dish made in our Instant Pot. Super easy and delicious. Next time, we’re trying cream cheese in place of the sour cream.
