Ingredients
  • 1 onion peeled, sliced, rings, large
  • 2 pickles large, sliced
  • 85 g rice flour
  • 340 g Vegan egg substitute
  • 45 g Gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
  • 8 Cheeseburger mingsbings
  • 230 g Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dried Chinese red chili
  • Kosher salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed, freshly cracked

Instructions
  1. Air Fry the Cheeseburger MingsBings on High (400 degrees) for 14–16 Minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the onions and pickles.
  3. Separate the rice flour, vegan egg substitute, and panko into three bowls.
  4. Dip each onion or pickle in rice flour, then in the egg, and finally in the Kikkoman GF Panko.
  5. Once the Bings are cooked, create a single layer of onions in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry on High for 12–14 Minutes until golden, brown, and delicious.
  7. Repeat until all the onions are cooked.
  8. Repeat the same with the pickles.
  9. While the onion rings and pickles are cooking, make the 8,000 island dipper.
  10. Mix the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, pickled chilis, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  11. Serve the cheeseburger MingsBings, onion rings, and crispy pickles with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
