Enjoy a cheeseburger and onion rings guilt-free! My infamous cheeseburger MingsBings pair perfectly with these lightened-up onion rings, complete with crispy fried pickles and a delectable dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 onion peeled, sliced,rings, large
- 2 Pickles large, sliced
- 85 g rice flour
- 340 g Vegan egg substitute
- 45 g Gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
- 8 Cheeseburger mingsbings
- 230 g Vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp red chili minced, pickled
- kosher salt as needed
- black pepper as needed, freshly cracked

Instructions
- Air fry the Cheeseburger MingsBings on high (400 degrees) for 14–16 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the onions and pickles.
- Separate the rice flour, vegan egg substitute, and panko into three bowls.
- Dip each onion or pickle in rice flour, then in the egg, and finally in the Kikkoman GF Panko.
- Once the Bings are cooked, create a single layer of onions in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry on high for 12–14 minutes until golden, brown, and delicious.
- Repeat until all the onions are cooked.
- Repeat the same with the pickles.
- While the onion rings and pickles are cooking, make the 8,000 island dipper.
- Mix the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, pickled chilis, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the cheeseburger MingsBings, onion rings, and crispy pickles with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
