- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 tsp fresh chives chopped
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Grease two
7oz ramekins with butter, making sure to coat all sides. - To each ramekin, add
2 tbsp of cream,2 tbsp of shredded cheese and1 tsp of chives. Gently stir together. - Crack 2 eggs into each dish and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Bake and set the temperature for 375°F . Press Time and set for 13 Minutes . Press Start .
- If you prefer firm yolks, cook longer for 15 Minutes.
- Once preheated and displays Add Food, gently place the ramekins into the basket. Close the lid.
- Use hand protectors to carefully transfer the ramekins to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle
1 tsp of chives overtop and serve with crusty bread.

Chef’s Tip: Use your favorite cheese in this recipe, gruyere or parmesan are delicious options!
