Instructions
  1. Mix wet ingredients together. Eggs, buttermilk and butter in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spray a round Bundt pan with cooking oil.
  5. Pour batter into pan and cover with foil. Make a hole in the center of the foil for steam to release.
  6. Carefully place the baking pan into the inner pot.
  7. Select BAKE – custom – none. 350°F for 60 minutes.
  8. When cooking time is complete, carefully remove the pan from the pot, remove the foil and let sit for 5 minutes.
  9. Place a plate on top of the pan. Carefully flip the pan over onto the plate and remove the pan. Use oven mitts or towels for safety when flipping the pan.
