Instructions
  1. Remove the lid from a 6-quart Instant Pot. Add olive oil and butter to inner pot. Press Sauté. Cook until butter melts.
  2. Add onion and celery. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Add bulgur, stirring to coat with oil. Stir in chicken broth, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Turn cooker off. Close and lock the lid of the Instant Pot. Turn the steam release handle to “Sealing” position. Select the Rice function and cook at Low Pressure 12 minutes.
  4. When time is up, remove lid using Quick Pressure Release. Fluff pilaf with a fork. Garnish, if desired.

    Very good. I sauteed pancetta for 3 minutes, then added cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes, then added the bulgher for 2 minutes. Then added the stock.
    Delicious! Only thing is that i would add just a little less liquid.

    Very good, but I found it to be a bit overcooked. Next time i will reduce cooking time to 8 or 10 minutes and reduce liquid by .5 cup.
