Need to cook much longer than 2 minutes. I did 20 and it still could have been cooked more.
Hi KaylaMyers,
Cauliflower is delicate and shouldn’t need more than a 2 minute cooking time (not including preheating). Did the unit pressurize properly? That would explain why your cauliflower took 20 minutes too cook.
I did buffalo sauce and BW3 garlic parm and add a little water to thin it out Before coating and it was great!
Cooking time seems really off unless you want them super crunchy. I ended up cooking for about 8min when all was said and done. Also there is a ton of liquid from the cauliflower left over leaving tye sauce very thin. I think some corn starch would have helped.
These are not cooking, after 10min there still crunchy. Yes my unit is sealed. I think its the bowl im putting them in. Think I might just steam the veggies and add the hpt sauce after cause this is a disaster
Cooking time is way off I ended up cookin for about 8 min – will try again as the end product was tasty
I put mine in for 4 min and got a mix of some al dente and some a little flimsy.
Time is a joke. Raw after 2 min. Try 10. Waste of time
20 minutes and still soggy garbage. What a waste of food and time. If you are going to post a recipe make sure it works first.
I prefer this to be cooked for 6 minutes but still delicious
I really wanted to try this but was worried after reading some comments. Gave it a go with some tweeks. Cooked it for 5 minutes and covered the bowl loosely with tin foil and used a bit more hot sauce. Came out perfect! Fantastic! The cauliflower was soft but with still some bite. Loved it!
