AGREEPRIVACY ON OUR WEBSITE
It tasted as good or better then the honey baked ham you can buy. The preparation time was a little longer than stated, but not by too much. I think next time I will bake instead of broil. The ham loses a lot of moisture in the pot and more in the broiler. I think if covered and baked it might retain a little more of that moisture. But overall, I’d do it again.
Not really sure if i would broil it again. But i set it for low and put it on the second to lowest rack and broiled for about 5 min. But the glaze is very good. 4 stars just due to the fact nit sire about the broiling it.
Used oj instead of cider. Great!
