Brown Sugar and Honey Juicy Ham

Ingredients
- 3 lb Cooked ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- black pepper as needed
- salt as needed

Instructions
- Wrap ham in foil.
- On you air fryer, set the time to 25 Minutes and the temperature to 350°F / 190°C. Press Start.
- When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the ham inside of the basket, ensuring that the seam is at the top so it can be opened.
- While the ham is cooking make the glaze, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan heat and whisk until brown sugar is dissolved and glaze is well combined. Set aside.
- When the cooking time is completed, open the basket, and carefully unwrap the ham. Brush the glaze on top and leave the foil open.
- Air Fry for 15 Minutes, 350°F / 175°C.
- When the cooking time is completed, check the internal temperature by inserting an instant-read thermometer near the bone, and it reads 145 degrees F. Once the ham is done carefully remove it from the basket and place it on top of a cutting board and let it rest for 10 Minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
