Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, knead together the ground pork, cayenne pepper, dried sage, black pepper, maple syrup, and salt. Make sure to fold together thoroughly until the mixture is homogenous.
  2. Form 8 even, circular sausage patties, lightly flattening the tops of each.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with organic olive spray. Evenly spread out each of the patties, and spray the tops with olive oil.
  4. Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 12-13 Minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. Serve in breakfast sandwiches, or on the side of eggs or omelets. These can also be frozen and reheated as needed!
