- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp salt
- Organic olive oil spray

- In a large bowl, knead together the ground pork, cayenne pepper, dried sage, black pepper, maple syrup, and salt. Make sure to fold together thoroughly until the mixture is homogenous.
- Form 8 even, circular sausage patties, lightly flattening the tops of each.
- Spray the air fryer basket with organic olive spray. Evenly spread out each of the patties, and spray the tops with olive oil.
- Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 12-13 Minutes until golden and crispy on the edges. Serve in breakfast sandwiches, or on the side of eggs or omelets. These can also be frozen and reheated as needed!
