Ingredients
- 2 lb Yukon gold potatoes diced
- 1 bell pepper deseeded and diced
- ½ yellow onion diced
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp thyme dried
- 2 tsp rosemary dried
- 2 tsp salt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly coated.
- Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket. Air Fry in batches at 385°F / 195°C for 18-20 Minutes, tossing the potatoes halfway and cooking until crispy and golden.
- Serve with dipping sauces and more salt to taste.
