Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta, drain it and let it cool down. Feel free to use cooked leftover pasta
  2. In a bowl that will fit your pasta, mix parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, smoke paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. It will have a consistency of a paste
  3. Once the pasta cools off, toss the drained pasta with the spice mix. It will stick nicely to the pasta
  4. Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 385°F / 195°C for 10 Minutes Press Start
  5. When the air fryer has finished preheating, add the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket
  6. Shake the basket when the Turn Food alarm is displayed
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the dipping sauce
  8. In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside
  9. When the cooking time is complete, transfer the pasta into a serving plate. If you like your pasta chips on extra crunchy side, cook it for 2 Minutes more
  10. Serve with the cream cheese and chopped chives dipping sauce or any other sauce you like. Enjoy!
