Air Fried Chuck Roast with Squash and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup fresh chives chopped
- 1 cup Farfalle Pasta
- 0.4 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

- Cook the pasta, drain it and let it cool down. Feel free to use cooked leftover pasta
- In a bowl that will fit your pasta, mix parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, smoke paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. It will have a consistency of a paste
- Once the pasta cools off, toss the drained pasta with the spice mix. It will stick nicely to the pasta
- Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 385°F / 195°C for 10 Minutes Press Start
- When the air fryer has finished preheating, add the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket
- Shake the basket when the Turn Food alarm is displayed
- Meanwhile, prepare the dipping sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside
- When the cooking time is complete, transfer the pasta into a serving plate. If you like your pasta chips on extra crunchy side, cook it for 2 Minutes more
- Serve with the cream cheese and chopped chives dipping sauce or any other sauce you like. Enjoy!
