Ingredients
  • 1cup Water
  • 1lb asparagus spearswoody ends trimmed and discarded
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 2tbsp crushed walnuts
Instructions
  1. Add water to the Instant Pot®. Place asparagus evenly in steamer basket and place basket in pot. Lock lid.
  2. Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust cook time to 1 minute. Quick release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
  3. Transfer asparagus to a serving dish and toss with oil and vinegar. Garnish with blue cheese and walnuts. Serve warm.
