Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shishito peppers, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp everything bagel spice. Mix to combine.
  2. Air Fry Shishitos at 400°F for 7-9 Minutes, or until blistered and fragrant.
  3. While shishitos are frying, prepare the dipping sauce. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 garlic clove grated, and salt to taste. Makes about 1 cup dipping sauce.
  4. Sprinkle shishitos with extra seasoning and serve while warm.
