So yummy! We ended up doing it in a pan on the stove instead of the instant pot because we were making a large family meal, but the recipe was delicious!
Seasonings in the meat made it very tasty and moist. We gave it a three because we were expecting more of a brown gravy.
Amazing dish! Only thing I can say is next time I’ll make more sauce.
Fam loved it. I was hoping for a more nostolgic taste (don’t judge me, but I grew up eating the school’s salisbury steak which is definitely not quality meat) but the meal itself was tasty. Still, it wasn’t mind blowing, just okay (for me).
Very tasty
This was my ‘maiden voyage’ with my Instant Pot. Tasty & simple recipe. I served the Salisbury steak over mashed potatoes which I make with sour cream & butter with a dash of cream, finely chopped green onion, & a touch of dill weed. Really easy clean up as well. I adjusted the recipe quantities as I used 4 cups of lean ground beef.
Followed recipe but made more and was very good! Will make again for sure

There is only two of us and I have 1 pound of hamburger would I change time or amounts of anything to adjust for that
Made this for dinner today. Very good. Substituted one cup red wine for half of beef stock. Rest of wine bottle went well with dinner. Wil definitely make again.
