Has potential. We cut potatoes too small so there were some in cooking liquid, so our mash was soggy. Next time we’ll cut bigger potato chunks, and use a bit less sour cream. The meat was very tender, the sauce has great flavor with the beef bouillon , wine, shrooms, but we needed to thicken it more, so we’ll add a bit more corn starch, maybe decrease broth to 1-1 1/2 c vs 2.
This was a fast delicious meal for my family. Recommend it.
Pretty good
Very good recipe!
I’m new, so I became very confused as to if I was supposed to leave the beef tips in the pot or remove them after browning. I also didn’t have a steamer bowl, so I used foil instead.
Delicious and easy!!
Great meal and so easy.
This was just delicious
VERY tasty and Very easy.. and fast!!!
My whole family loved this and the potatoes were interesting because they had some of the meat flavor in them.
Made it twice. Was bland the first time. Added garlic powder, onion powder, basil and italian seasoning. Much better the second time.
When does the Worcester sauce go in?
Sorry, just found it in the recipie!
Have to try
Thanks for the recipe! I use this foldable steamer basket, space-saving design, plus it’s much easier to clean. I got it on Amazon: https://amzn.to/2M5Cy3u
Yummy!!! Gravy
It was delicious and so easy! I forgot to season the meat but it was still good
I loved this recipe. Was a hit with the hubby as well.
Huge hit with the whole family! Delicious and very tender meat. Gravy was unique and pulled in the best flavor of the rest of the ingredients.
Loved it . I will make it again
Was a really good simple recipe. The meat and mushroom gravy mix needed to be seasoned as well and we needed extra cornstarch as the gravy was not thick enough. Definitely on the make again list.
This was delicious but the meat was a lit little tough. I might try cooking at a little longer next time
A good base recipe. Will probably add thyme and some garlic. Thank you!
Have made it several times. We love it. I add garlic and pepper and cook the potatoes separately
Very good! Use less liquid if only 1 steak. Added clove of garlic at beginning.
I was afraid this wouldnt have enough flavor based off of other reviews, so I added some garlic with the onion. I also seasoned the meat before cooking with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt and seasoned salt. This turned out great! I added 3 heaping T of the cornstarch and was happy with the consistancy. The potatoes had a great beef flavor since they were cooked together. I put in the instant pot rack then put the steamer basket with potatoes on top. Excellent.
Good but add savory seasoning.
I wish these recipes were machine specific. When I look for recipes for the Aura Pro it shows recipes for the pressure cooker. I’ve looked through the whole website and there’s nowhere it shows machine specific recipes. Maybe something to think about when updating.
