- 1 1⁄2 cup cold water

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Add the rice, water, and salt. Mix.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 3 Minutes.
- Once the time is up, press Cancel and let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes. Then turn the steam release handle to Venting. Wait until all the steam has been released before opening the lid and removing the rice.
