Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa in cool water and strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Place rinsed quinoa in inner pot, along with ¼ tsp salt, and add water (or broth)
  3. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  4. Select Pressure Cook and adjust time to 3 Minutes on High Pressure
  5. Allow 10 minutes of Natural Release after cooking
  6. Then flip to Quick Release
  7. Use a fork to fluff and serve
