Ingredients
  • 2cups jasmine rice
  • 2cups Water
  • 1tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Measure and rinse two cups of jasmine rice under cool running water until water runs clear, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Strain well, and add rice with salt to Instant Pot.
  3. Using the same measuring cup as the rice, measure two cups of cool water and add to pot.
  4. Secure lid and fasten shut.
  5. Select Pressure Cook and adjust time to 3 Minutes.
  6. Allow 10 minutes. of Natural Release after cooking.
  7. Then flip the steam valve to quick release any remaining pressure.
  8. Fluff rice with a fork or rice spatula and enjoy!
