- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Measure and rinse two cups of jasmine rice under cool running water until water runs clear, about 2-3 minutes.
- Strain well, and add rice with salt to Instant Pot.
- Using the same measuring cup as the rice, measure two cups of cool water and add to pot.
- Secure lid and fasten shut.
- Select Pressure Cook and adjust time to 3 Minutes.
- Allow 10 minutes. of Natural Release after cooking.
- Then flip the steam valve to quick release any remaining pressure.
- Fluff rice with a fork or rice spatula and enjoy!
