Banana Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of sweetener such as monk fruit erythritol, coconut sugar, panela or the one of your preference
- 1 small banana mashed or mashed
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable drink or traditional milk
- 5 tablespoons of oat flour or the one of your preference
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts of your choice
- cinnamon to taste

Instructions
- In an ovenproof cup, mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the chopped nuts.
- Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 170°C . Press Start.
- Add the preparation and close the basket.
- When the time is up, flip the cake and bake again for approximately 05-08 minutes.
- You can decorate with banana slices, cinnamon and honey.
