Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 pear and 1 banana you can replace the pear with 1 apple
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- 1 pinch salt

- raspberries
- Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Peel and crush the pear in a food processor until almost puréed.
- In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost puréed.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into an oven-safe pan (I used a round one) and top with the raspberries and chocolate chips.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.
- Lastly, remove it and enjoy hot. You can also eat the oatmeal with a bit of honey on top or with some nut butter.
