Instructions
- Spray a ramekin with the non-stick cooking spray and beat the egg in it (you can also crack the egg without beating for the sunny side up version). Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice the bagel in half and set aside.
- Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 365°F / 185°C for 10 Minutes Press Start.
- When the Air Fryer is finished preheating, place the ramekin, bacon strips and bagel halves inside of the basket.
- When the air fryer displays Turn Food, carefully open the basket and remove the bagel halves using kitchen tongs. Close the basket (If your ramekins are big and flat, your egg will be also done at this point so you can remove it too).
- While the air fryer is cooking and the bagel is still warm, spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
- Place on top of a plate, and add sliced avocado on the bottom part of the bagel.
- When the cooking time is complete, open the basket and carefully remove the ramekin with the egg (if not removed earlier) and bacon.
- Let the egg cool down for 1 to 2 Minutes.
- Remove the egg from the ramekin and place it on top of the avocado.
- Top with bacon and sprinkle with green onion. Close with second half of the bagel.
- Enjoy!
