Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
- 1 lb hot jalapeno peppers halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
- 22 slices bacon

- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chives chopped

Instructions
- While preparing the cream cheese mixture place the halved jalapenos in a large bowl with ice-cold water. The longer you keep them in water less spicy the jalapenos.
- In a medium bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients until well combined.
- Drain the jalapenos and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Using small spoon stuff the mixture into the jalapeno halves and wrap each jalapeno completely with bacon ensuring the cheese is covered.
- Select Air Fry – 350 °F and set the time for 15 Minutes Press Start.
- When the Air Fryer has finished preheating place the jalapenos inside of the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
- When the cooking time is completed, transfer the jalapenos to a serving plate. Enjoy!
