Welcome in the summer season with some tasty barbecue hot dogs! The crispiness of the bacon combined with the juicy acidity of the tomato is the perfect combination for any barbecue sauce. Make in large batches for easy party snacks!

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 hot dogs
- Barbecue Sauce, as needed
- ½ red onion diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Hot dog buns
- Mayonnaise, as needed

Instructions
- Make shallow cuts into each hot dog all the way down in a crosshatch or parallel pattern. This increases the crispiness of each hot dog.
- Place bacon in air fryer basket. Air Fry hot dogs at 350°F / 175°C for 10 Minutes, or until browned and crispy. Set aside.
- Place hot dogs in air fryer. Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 5-7 Minutes, or until browned and slightly crispy. Right before they are done, brush with barbecue sauce and Air Fry for an additional minute.
- Brush each hot dog bun lightly with mayonnaise. Air Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 2 Minutes.
- To assemble, brush each goldened bun with barbecue sauce. Top with a hot dog, bacon slice, tomato wedges, and diced red onion. Enjoy!
