Instructions
  1. Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot®. Put the potatoes, broccoli and water.
  2. Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the Pressure Cook function at High pressure level , and set the time to 5 Minutes.
  3. When finished, press Cancel and manually release the pressure by turning the release valve to venting . Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid of the Instant Pot®. Remove the steel bowl and strain.
  4. In a food processor, place the potatoes and cooked broccoli along with 4 tablespoons of the cooking water and process until it forms a puree.
