  • 4 avocado
  • 1 ½tsp smoked paprika
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp kosher salt
  • ½tsp black pepper
  • 2 egglightly beaten
  • 1cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1cup all-purpose flour
  1. Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit and then slice into wedges.
  2. Use a big spoon to carefully scoop out the individual wedges.
  3. Prepare 3 medium bowls, one for the flour. Second for the eggs. Third for the panko.
  4. To the panko bowl add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each avocado wedge for breading in this order: egg, flour, egg and then panko.
  6. Select Air Fry, 400°F / 205°C and set the time for 10 Minutes . Press Start.
  7. When preheating has completed place the avocado fries inside of the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
  8. When the cooking time has completed transfer the fries to a serving plate.
  9. Enjoy immediately with your favorite dip!
