Ingredients
- 4 avocado
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 egg lightly beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit and then slice into wedges.
- Use a big spoon to carefully scoop out the individual wedges.
- Prepare 3 medium bowls, one for the flour. Second for the eggs. Third for the panko.
- To the panko bowl add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge for breading in this order: egg, flour, egg and then panko.
- Select Air Fry, 400°F / 205°C and set the time for 10 Minutes . Press Start.
- When preheating has completed place the avocado fries inside of the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
- When the cooking time has completed transfer the fries to a serving plate.
- Enjoy immediately with your favorite dip!
