Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine diced apple, pear, and quince. Add orange juice and stir.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 5 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180°C). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the tray and add the fruit mix. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and turn carefully. Close again. Allow to continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
  4. Once again, press Air Fry, set temperature to 355ºF (180°C) and time to 2 Minutes. Press Start.
  5. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and stir once again. Allow to continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
  6. Open the tray; add the walnuts and almonds. Stir. Once again, press Bake for 4 Minutes. Close the tray, and let the nuts roast. When Turn Food appears on the display, stir carefully.
  7. Once done, remove and let cool.
  8. You can add it to your breakfast bowl or save for a snack.
