Ingredients
For the asparagus:
- 12 pieces asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 sheets phyllo dough
For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Wash the asparagus and remove 1 cm from the stem.
- Stretch the phyllo dough, fold in two, and then cut. Fold the same dough and cut again, obtaining 4 pieces of dough. Do this with both pieces of dough.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil with the soy sauce, stir.
- Brush this olive oil and soy sauce mixture over entire dough surface. Take one asparagus and begin to wrap it diagonally until the entire stem is covered. Repeat with all the asparagus.
- Then use the same brush to repeat the process again with all the asparagus.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , set the timer to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 340°F (170°C) .
- Once Add Food appears on the display, carefully add the asparagus.
- When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray and close. Continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
- Remove. Allow to cool before serving. Pour the sauce over asparagus when serving.
