Instructions
  1. Cut the onion into strips and the rest of the vegetables into medium-sized chunks (so they don't fall apart when cooking). Put the olive oil, salt, and pepper in the pot along with the vegetables. Press Saute and set time to 7 Minutes.
  2. Once the time is up, add the soy sauce, water, and noodles.
  3. Close and lock the Instant Pot lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 6 Minutes.
  4. Once the time is up, release the pressure quickly. Open carefully and add the sesame oil. Mix well and you’re done!
