Instructions
  1. Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and add half the oil. Press Saute and set time to 5 Minutes. Once the oil is hot, add the green onions, peas, pepper, carrot, shrimp, and pork. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. After 5 minutes, press Cancel. Remove the pork and shrimp mixture from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the Instant Pot® bowl, add the rest of the oil. Press Saute and set time to 3 Minutes. Add the eggs and cook, mixing until scrambled. Add the rice and stir for 1 minute. Add the water, the pork and shrimp mixture, and salt to taste. Mix. Then press Cancel.
  4. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Rice, pressure level High, and set time to 8 Minutes.
  5. When done cooking, press Cancel and let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Then turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid and remove the rice.
