Ingredients
  • 1cup coconut or almond milk or the milk of your choice
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 red apples grated with a mandoline
  • ½cup oats
  • ¼cup nuts chopped
  • ¼cup flaxseed
  • 1tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 1 Minute.
  3. When the time is up, press Cancel and manually turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the steam has been released, open the lid.
  4. Serve in 2 individual bowls. You can garnish with berries.
