Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk or the milk of your choice
- ½ cup water
- 2 red apples grated with a mandoline
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup nuts chopped
- ¼ cup flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in the order listed.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 1 Minute.
- When the time is up, press Cancel and manually turn the steam release handle to Venting. Once all the steam has been released, open the lid.
- Serve in 2 individual bowls. You can garnish with berries.
