Ingredients
- 4 green apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup condensed coconut milk or traditional
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Peel the apples and grate.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, making sure they are well combined.
- Put a little coconut oil in a pan and transfer the mixture (make sure you use a pan that fits in the fryer. I used the removable pan).
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 320˚F (160˚C). Press Start.
- Let cool well before unmolding.
