Instructions
  1. Peel the apples and grate.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, making sure they are well combined.
  3. Put a little coconut oil in a pan and transfer the mixture (make sure you use a pan that fits in the fryer. I used the removable pan).
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 320˚F (160˚C). Press Start.
  5. Let cool well before unmolding.
