Instructions
  1. Cut apple into thin slices (use mandoline).
  2. Sprinkle the slices with cinnamon.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200ºC). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and spread apples out on the rack without piling them up. Close.
  5. Baking time varies depending on apple slice thickness. To avoid burning the apples, set time to 8 Minutes but check every 2 minutes to see if apples are done. Remove apples when tender and golden.
  6. When the time is up, remove and allow to cool.
