Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 Ear of corn cut in 4
- 4 criolla potatoes peeled and cut
- 2 sabanera potatoes peeled and cut
- 2 green onions
- Guascas herbs
- cilantro
- Whole garlic cloves
- 1 cup Water

Instructions
- Insert the stainless steel inner pot into the Instant Pot® and add the chicken breast, corn on the cob, criolla potatoes, sabanera potatoes, green onion, guascas herb, cilantro, whole garlic and water.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Soup/Broth and set time to 25 Minutes.
- Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting.
- Remove from Instant Pot®, and serve with avocado slices.
