Air Fryer Salami Chips with Spicy Mustard Dip

- Select Air Fry set the temperature at 350 °F and set the time for 5 Minutes Press Start.
- When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the Salami slices inside of the basket. Make sure to have at least 1/2 in between the slices. Air fry in batches.
- In the meantime, make the dip: in a small bowl combine the sour cream, mustard, honey, cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
- When the cooking time is completed open the basket and carefully remove salami chips from the basket and place them on top of a plate lined with paper towel to drain the excess oil.
- Set aside and let it cool completely.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve and enjoy!
