- red peppers as needed
- purple onion as needed
- oil as needed
- Salt and pepper as needed

Instructions
- Toss to coat in a little oil, salt and pepper.
- Add to the air fryer basket, keeping the peppers and onion in a layer no more than
2 cm deep. - Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 365°F and the time to 10-13 Minutes (depending on how soft you like your peppers/onions)
- When prompted to turn food, give the basket a shake.
