- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- Cooking spray oil
For the Batter:
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
- Press the tofu by placing it between paper towels and topping it with some heavy pans for 30 to 40 Minutes.
- In the meantime, in a medium bowl, combine the almond milk, cornstarch, and smoked paprika.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour and everything bagel seasoning.
- Cut the tofu into ½ inch slices.
- Dip each tofu tender in the batter with one hand and transfer to the breading bowl. Use the other hand to coat with the mixture. Place on top of a cutting board and spray with some non-stick cooking oil.
- Select Air Fry at 400 F and set the timer for 15 Minutes. Press Start.
- When the air fryer has finished preheating, place the tofu slices into the basket.
- Halfway cooking shakes the basket.
