Ingredients
  • 1cup almond milk
  • 1/3cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1/4cup oatsquick or old fashioned
  • 2 bananaspeeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2cup ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients–in the order listed–to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
  2. Touch SMOOTHIE, then touch START.
  3. (optional) Touch PULSE, then touch START. After 3 pulses, touch CANCEL.
  4. Serve topped with additional sliced bananas and a dollop of peanut butter (optional).
