Ace Blender – Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 1/2tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • 1 2/3cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to the blender to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  2. Blend on “Low” manual setting for 10 seconds then select “Med” manual setting and blend for additional 10 seconds. Select “Cancel” to stop blending. If needed, scrape sides of pitcher with rubber spatula and blend for additional 5 seconds.
  3. Allow batter to rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat griddle over medium heat and grease. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto heated griddle and cook approximately 1 minute or until bubbles break the surface and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook approximately 20-30 seconds.
  5. Repeated with remaining batter.
