Ingredients
Refried Bean and Veggie Soup
- 16 ounces beef-style vegan broth
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp tomato powder
- 1 large carrot cut into four pieces
- 2 stalks celery chopped into large pieces
- 1 small red onion quartered
- 1 small red pepper seeded, and cut into
4 large pieces - 1/4 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 14.5 oz vegetarian refried beans
1 can - 1 small lemon juiced about
2 - 3 teaspoons
To garnish
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Add ingredients to the Instant Pot Ace in the order listed (except for the cilantro).
- Choose the #1 soup function (20 minutes).
- Once done, pulse for 5 to 10 seconds to desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
