Helpful Tip: This is also great topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, just like a loaded baked potato.

1st Recipe I tried in the IP Ace blender, very easy, this is a pureed soup. Really helped me get a better idea, how i can create other pureed soups using vegetables like squash.
Soup came out great and very easy to make.
So good I’m making again for the company tomorrow for lunch.
I love my case blender.

Making again tomorrow for company for lunch.
I love my ace blender.
It’s me again from Evergreen, I made this recipe last week and then again today for my luncheon.
Enjoyed again by everyone.
The cooking time is actually more like one hour because, once you get the ingredients inside the blender,
It takes about 35 minutes to get to temperature before the 23 minutes cooking time begins. So just take that into account so your serving time won’t be.
Pretty simple to make nice and thick. Interesting texture. How long after cooking does this keep ?
Sound great, but one question can i relace heavy cream with an vegeterian alternative?
Easy!! Loved it
I would’ve liked more of a spice profile than thyme.
Everyone has personal preference to spices used and amount. These recipes are nice and easy, if you prefer more spices like coriander, ginger etc feel free to add your own personal touch to the provided recipes.
This was an easy and sensational recipe. I added extra minced garlic, and 50% more leek. But it was delivious. And thick.
Do t forget to add bacon as a garnish.
Delish! I also upped the spice and added half an avacado instead of cream! My blender was to temp in less than 10 mins so soup in 30 or less!
I am using this appliance for the very first time. I picked the potato and leek soup, because I’ve never had it. I did choose to put 1/2 of avocado instead of the cream. I’ll let everyone know how it went.
This recipe was easy to make and incredibly tasty. Smooth and balanced flavors with an awesome creamy texture. You will want to make this one again.

Quick and easy and so delicious!
Was dubbed “Best thing I ever ate” by husband. Only issue is.. What is a large leek or medium potato? Think my leeks were medium and potatoe
s large , So added 2 leeks and more broth.. Could weights be added in future? Also topped with garnish of cream and dices of crispy bacon.
enjoy the comments. I’m trying it for the first time tonight. stayed pretty close to the recipe. looking forward to morning smoothies!
First recipe made with Instapot Blender and very pleased with ease of process and results!
Added Red Curry Paste to kick up a notch…creamy soup!
I’ve made this several times & enjoyed it
Today I substituted 1/2# of chopped asparagus for the leek & potatoes, tarragon for the thyme and skipped the garlic. That made a thinner but delicious soup.
I would like to do this soup, but with my Instant pot, instead of the blender. What timing should I use?
First time make soup in InstantPot blender Ace.
Previous blender starting smoking and melting when I tried to purée cooked butternut squash…so I was cautiously hoping this soup would not kill this new InstantPot blender!
InstantPot blender did not disappoint! Soup came out great! I used additional spices, Seasoning Salt, dash white pepper. InstantPot blender did not self destruct and can definitely handle purée.
I also made a smoothie juice
2 cups water
2 peeled clementines
1 cara cara orange or navel (peeled)
1 apple (cored but not peeled)
2 kiwis (end nubs removed but skin left on)
Dash lemon extract
Very tasty! InstantPot blender replaces my juicer
I am having trouble finding other soup recipes for the Ace NOVA blender. How about Split Pea, can this be done in the Blender?
Do you peel the potatoes?
Just made this last night and it was FANTASTIC. I added some grated cheddar at the end, and tried it as a non traditional dip for a grilled cheese, would highly recommend both but the recipe by itself is awesome!
So much support here it makes me want to go buy everything InstantPot related. I see questions that go unanswered that date back to 2018! This tells me that either nobody cares or, well, NOBODY CARES!
I am glad I stopped after the first gift. There are a lot of items that get my interest but if I need some information I don’t want to wait YEARS!
When I asked for an InstantPot, I didn’t ask for a blender. That would be a purchase for later down the road after I tried and IF I liked the item I did ask for. A BLENDER that COOKS wasn’t on my radar when I was thinking of cooking! I have the same questions as Adina and Sam above. I see the support they got from here and realize that this will be the end of any relationship between me and THOUGHTS of getting other InstaPot GADGETS!
