Ingredients
  • 1cup milk
  • 6 eggs large
  • 1cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4tsp kosheror sea salt
  • 5tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. While the oven is preheating, place the butter in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan and put pan in the oven allowing the butter to melt.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  3. Blend on “Low” manual setting for 5-10 seconds until ingredients are well combined. Select “Cancel” to stop blending.
  4. When oven is preheated and butter is melted in a pan, using hot pads, carefully remove the pan from the oven and pour the pancake batter into the pan. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the pancake grows up the sides of the pan.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit, a squeeze of lemon juice, powdered sugar, your favorite syrup or a combination of them all.
